On Saturday evening we headed over to Oakland Temple to check out the lights and join the ward in a hot chocolate donut night at the Temple. The girls loved seeing and playing with all their friends from church,
eating several donuts, drinking warm hot chocolate, and checking out all the beautiful lights that the Oakland temple does this time of year.
As we walked with several families from the ward we were able to visit and talk about our Christmas plans. It was a great night. We hope the ward will continue to do more of these kinds of activities.
