The San Fransisco Treat

We took my sister to San Fransisco today for a tour of the city. Our first stop was Fisherman's Wharf. We walked up and down enjoying the sights and sounds. We did some shopping, ate lunch at the Bistro Boudin at the Wharf and visited Ghirardelli Square for ice cream sundaes at Ghirardelli icecream and chocolate shop. We had no idea that the Chocolate Festival was taking place today as well so we walked around and checked that out a little too.
Our next stop was at the Palace of Fine Arts. We enjoyed a walk around
this beautiful, but under construction building. We took lots of pictures of Autumn. She kept posing every few feet and asking Aunt Amber to take pictures of her. It was really cute.We then took a drive across the Golden Gate Bridge and stopped over on the other side of the bridge to take pictures and see a great view of San Fransisco.
Our last stop was to Muir Woods. This was a new sight for all of us. We have never been there and thought it would be fun to take a hike and walk through the redwoods. It was beautiful and relaxing. The whole day was great and gave us a nice break from the 100 degree weather at home.
